The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file report in the complaint given by the petitioner in Cr.No.242 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No. 242 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
