ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the first respondent to provide separate water and drainage facility to the schedule mentioned property.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is not staying in the premises in which, the petitioner sought for water connection and he vacated the said premises. Therefore, the provision of separate water and drainage facility doesn't arise and the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
