ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the first respondent to approve the proposal of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3345/2007/A1 in Column No.10 and place him on a regular time scale of pay at Rs.4100-10000-100 with effect from 09.09.2007 as a Poompari Kaval.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
