ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.303 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are eight previous cases against the petitioner.

3. This is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier anticipatory bail applications granted in Crl.O.P.Nos.15614/2017 and 17429/2017 were dismissed by this Court on 07.08.2017 and 28.08.2017 respectively on the ground that there are eight previous cases against the petitioner. It is true that this court has granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused namely Gunasekaran. Rathinam and Sathish in the case pending on the file of Senthamangalam Police Station in Cr.No.303/2017.

4. However taking into consideration the nature of the allegations against the petitioner and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
