ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.14333 of 2012, dated 13.6.2012, wherein a direction was issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.4.2012 and pass orders on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. During the pendency of this Contempt Petition, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 06.1.2015, the respondent has passed an order stating that

the petitioner is not entitled to get promotion as Sanitary Supervisor.

3. In view of the said order dated 06.1.2015 passed, the order of this Court is complied with and the Contempt Petition is closed.
