It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after the writ petition was filed, the Scholarship for the Post Graduate Course alone has been sanctioned ; but for the Under-Graduate course, till date, the Scholarship has not been sanctioned, as a result of which, the petitioner has been put to irreparable hardship and financial difficulties. The request made by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, has not been properly replied to.

So far as the scholarship with regard to the Post Graduate course is concerned, the 5th respondent shall ensure that the scholarship is fully paid to the petitioner
before she completes the course.
6.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are several other students who belong to Scheduled Caste community and who are pursuing their education in the 4th respondent/College and they have not received their scholarships and they are silently suffering and they have neither approached any officials nor have filed any writ petitions.
