O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the land measuring 10 acres in SF No.16, Guruparapalli Village in Krishnagiri District. 2.Ms.P.T.Asha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017, the third respondent has not passed any order so far for issuance of patta.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the land is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government poramboke and therefore, patta was not issued to the petitioner so far. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
