ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Fast Track Mahila Court at Tiruvallur to 1/3

expedite the trial in Spl.SC.No.87/2023.

2. Heard Mr.G.Saibaba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Aditional Public Prosecutor for 1st respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Mahila Court at Tiruvallur to expedite the trial in Spl.SC.No.87/2023 and complete the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
