This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in STC No.2700 of 2023 and direct the IV FTC Court at George Town, Chennai to issue the certified copies of the order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.14482, 14485 & 14486 of 2024 in STC No.2700 of 2023 applied through certified copy application No.3478 of 2024 dated 22.12.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.2700 of 2023 filed by the respondent herein before the IV FTC Court, George Town, Chennai. It is submitted that the petitioner had filed the present petition to recall, and also for production of certified copies of the order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.14482, 14485 & 14486 of 2024 and submitted that the above mentioned petitions were dismissed on 19.12.2024.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for
the petitioner, and on perusal of the records, this Court finds that the petitioner has failed to prove that though the aforesaid petitions were dismissed on 19.12.2024, the petitioner had failed to produce any abstract in this regard. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
