Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 20.03.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.6618 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
