2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay of 1102 days in filing the restoration petition is condoned, on condition that the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) directly to the respondent, on or before 07.07.2023, failing which, this order stands dismissed.
