This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the initial of the petitioner's name as 'M.Subramanian'

instead of 'A.Subramani' in the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4271 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, W.M.P.No.8202 of 2022 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4271 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022 and issue the fresh order to the parties.
