This Writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.12.2019 and 05.08.2020 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to sanction the post of PG Assistants Commerce, PG Assistant Economics and Computer Science either by redeployment or by sanctioning the new posts as per G.O.No.166, dated 07.08.2018.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the Government Order made in G.O.Ms.No.18, School Education Department, dated 01.02.2021, sanctioning the Courses of Commerce and Economics in Higher Secondary level to the Petitioner School.

4. Mrs.Dakshayani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner agreed the same and requested to record the G.O by closing the Writ petition.

5. Therefore, recording the Government Order made in G.O.Ms.No.18, School Education Department, dated 01.02.2021, this Writ Petition is closed.

6. However, it is needless to mention that the respondents shall consider the appointment of teachers for the Courses that has been sanctioned vide the said Government Order. No costs.
