O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged notice No.1 being Property Tax General Revision 2023 dated 27.07.2022. The notice itself provides for the addressee to file objections to the concerned Regional Deputy Commissioner and the petitioner states that objections have been filed on 26.08.2022. 2.Let the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-10, Ward 140 arrayed as R2, consider the objections of the petitioner, hear the petitioner on 06.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m., on which day the petitioner will appear before R2 without expecting any further notice, and pass orders in accordance with law and the applicable Rules and Regulations within a period of four (4) weeks from date of personal hearing.

3.To be noted, that the relevant Government Orders/Council Resolutions relating to General Revision of Property Tax 2023 have been upheld by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in WP.Nos.18534 of 2022 and batch dated 23.12.2022.

4.With this, this writ petition is disposed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
