instead of "Balasubramaniam" in the grounds of appeal in Crl.A.No.112 of 2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Memorandum of Appeal in Crl.A.No.112 of 2022 as "Balasubramanian" instead of "Balasubramaniam".
