Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned District Muncif cum Judicial Magistrate Denkanikottai and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate in Crl.O.P.No.952 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.952 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.952 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 is extended till 13.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
