Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition u/s 451 of Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, where the property was recoverd from the accused persons.
