When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition in W.P.No.2883 of 2008 was dismissed for default on 21.04.2021 and the same was restored to file on 25.04.2022. The main writ petition was taken up for hearing and disposed of by this Court on the same day(25.04.2022). 2.The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.04.2021. Since the writ petition was restored and disposed of on 25.05.2022 no order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition stands closed.
