W.M.P. No.7524 of 2022 in W.P. No.2883 of 2008 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

The writ petition was dismissed for default vide order dated 21.04.2021. Thereafter, the petitioners have filed this miscellaneous petition for restoration with a delay of 303 days. The reasons for the delay has been explained in Para 13 and 14 in the affidavit filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents does not have any serious objection to the same.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
