This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3866 of 2024 on 27.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., 1st week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and at 05.30 p.m., for a period of three months.
