This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that now the trial is going on and the Advocate Commissioner has also appointed and in fact, he visited the suit property and filed his report.

3. Considering the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
