Today, when the matter was called in the morning time there was no representation for the petitioner, since even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a while. Again the matter was called before completion of the list, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.It is seen from the docket orders that this matter was called on 27.06.2023, and the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.07.2023. Therefore, the matter was listed on 11.07.2023 and even on the said date none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, and the case was adjourned on 26.07.2023. Even on that day too there was no representation for the petitioner, this Court directed the Registry to list the case under the caption "for dismissal" on 28.07.2023. 3.Even though the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal, today when the matter was called twice, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The very same state of affairs continues till date. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Page No.2 of 4
non-prosecution. No costs.
