PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records related to 1st respondent vide their proceedings under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act published in Government Gazette Industrial Department at Pages 1-3 of Part-II Section 2 of the Tamilnadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.119 dated 07.5.2012, quash the same in respect of the petitioner's land situated in S.No.129/4b measuring an extent of 0.065 Ares under Patta No.137 of 174 Palnullur Village, Sriperumpudur Panchayat Union, Kancheepuram District.
