Ms.J.R.Archana, for R1 Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 2046, 2047 & 2048 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026.
2.This Court has already granted intestate anticipatory bail, fixing a time for the petitioners to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court. Though the petitioners came forward, executed the sureties and availed the benefit for four
weeks, they have not thereafter approached the concerned jurisdictional Court. Instead, they have approached this Court seeking further extension of time for complying with the conditions. It is further submitted that the petitioners are unwell and is observing fasting during Ramadan. Hence, these petitions seeking extension of time have been filed.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts since the petitioner already availed benefit of interim protection for four weeks, this Court is not inclined to extend the time for complying with the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl OP.Nos.2046, 2047 & 2048 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. 27-02-2026 GBI
