Comp.A.No.102 of 2019 has been filed by the third respondent in Comp.A.No.498 of 2004 to implead the Additional Commissioner/Regional Director, Tamil Nadu Region, ESI Corporation, Regional Office, Nungambakkam, Chennai and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Chennai Provident Fund Office, Royapettah High Road, Chennai as the fourth and fifth respondents in Comp.A.No.498 of 2004.
