O R D E R

The impugned of refusal check slip dated 20.01.2023 is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.

2. The petitioner presented a Sale Deed for registration. The Registering Authority returned the same on the ground that the vendor was not present for registration. Further, there is a Court endorsement is available in respect of the subject property. when the vendor himself is not present for registration, the reasons stated for return of the presented document is in consonance with provisions of the Registration Act and there is no infirmity as such.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 12.06.2023 Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order
