O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's property situated in Plot Number 25 in Sri Ranganathar Nagar covers under Old Survey Number 68/5 (New Survey Number 68/5A1B) in Athanacherry Village and Old Survey No. 456/1 (New Survey No.456/1B) in Padappai Village.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in possession of Gramanatham Old S.No.213/1 part in Joint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Patta 361, New S.No.777/13-615 Sq.Mtrs totalling 2206.62 Sq.ft out of 6619 Sq.Ft at Gerugambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kanchipuram District. The petitioner made application to the 3rd respondent on 23.06.2021, for measuring his land. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issue direction to the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2021 will be considered by the respondents, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

6. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
