ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure petitioner's property situated in Plot Number 24 of Eastern side in Sri Ranganathar Nagar comprised in old S.No.68/5(New S.No.68/5A2) in Athanacherry Village & old S.No.456/1 (New S.No.456/1A2) in Padappai Village.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the above said property of an extent of 1706 sq.ft. of vacant land situated in said Village vide sale deed dated 06.01.2014 and patta was also issued in her favour by the 3rd respondent. In order to construct the house in the said land, the petitioner has made application dated 23.06.2021 to the 3rd respondents to measure the above said property. Since the 3rd respondent has not acceded to the petitioner's representation, she has filed the present Writ Petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
