ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure petitioners property situated in Plot Number 24 of Eastern side in Sri Ranganathar Nagar comprised in old S.No.68/5(New S.No.68/5A3) in Athanacherry Village & old S.No.456/1 (New S.No.456/1A3) in Padappai Village.
2. The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of the above said property of an extent of 1706 sq.ft. of vacant land situated in said Village and patta was also issued in their favour by the 3rd respondent. In order to construct the house in the said land, the petitioners have made application dated 23.06.2021 to the 3rd respondent to measure the above said property. Since the 3rd respondent has not acceded to the petitioners representation, they have filed the present Writ Petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 23.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and aggrieved parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
