(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 357 days in representing the appeal.

2. We are of the view that the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition stands dismissed automatically.
