When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by placing on record a letter no.8775/Con3(2)/2011 dated 23.10.2017 from the 2nd respondent submitted that status quo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been granted on 12.10.2017 for a period of eight weeks

by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.1021 of 2017 filed against the order passed in W.P.No.24123 of 2015. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that as against the order dated 26.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.24123 of 2015, status quo has been granted by the Hon'ble Division bench in W.A.No.1021 of 2017, on 12.10.2017, hence, this Contempt petition is closed.
