Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceeding via Memo No.00201159/0TDE1/A.O.(Extn) 2012 dated 10.09.2013 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Agriculture Officer for the direct recruitment of agricultural extension officer 2012-13 in the second respondent department.
