Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to fence the petitioner's property measuring his land comprised in Survey No.28/4B1A, situated at Motham Agraharam Village, Mokkondapalli, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District which was surveyed by the revenue authorities on 15.03.2022. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to fence the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.28/4B1A, situated at Motham Agraharam Village, Mokkondapalli, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District which was surveyed by the revenue authorities on 15.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.28/4B1A measuring to an extent of 0.81 cents in Motham Agraharam Village, Mokkondapalli, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. He would further submit that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13822 of 2021 seeking for police protection to survey his property and this Court by an order dated 03.02.2022 had granted protection to the petitioner to survey the property along with the revenue officials. Based on the earlier order, protection was given to the petitioner and he surveyed the land. Now the Petitioner is entitled to put up fence in the surveyed property, whereas the respondents are unnecessarily preventing him. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 3.

Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13822 of 2021, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, police protection was given to the petitioner to survey the property. He would further submit that if date is fixed by the revenue officials, the respondent will conduct enquiry and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to put up fence in the surveyed property.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
