Respondent (Crime No.35/15) PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the following conditions that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Station House Officer, Yanam Police Station, Yanam once in a day at 9.00 a.m., until further orders vide Crl.M.P.No.934 of 2015 by order dated 22.06.2015 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry. For Petitioners :

Petition for relaxation of condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry in Crl.M.P.No.934 of 2015 dated 22.06.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to relax the condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.934 of 2015 dated 22.06.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every first Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
