ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's applications dated 25.03.2023, 09.11.2023, 16.02.2024 for sub division and patta transfer in the petitioner's name for the property situated at Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri Taluk, Jagadab Village bearing existing Patta Nos.76, 949, 1258, 1012 comprised in S.Nos.104/8, 104/9B, 104/4E, 104/3, 104/9A and 104/10.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier made an application for sub division and patta transfer vide CAN No.13310519961548 and Application No.2023/0105/31/452042 dated 25.03.2023 and paid necessary fees. Since the same was not considered he made another application on 09.11.2023 and the same was also not considered. Again he made an application on 16.02.2024 and paid necessary fees. But till dated the respondent has not taken any steps to 2/6

consider the petitioner's applications. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since the Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple Writ of Mandamus, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 25.03.2023, 09.11.2023, 16.02.2024 and issue notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners of the four boundaries of the subject property, interested parties/rival claimants/aggrieved parties/objectors if any, as the case may be and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within the time as prescribed in the circular No.R1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023 issued by the 3/6

Commissioner of Land Administration, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
