Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the 1st respondent herein to secure the detenue namely Sukanya, Wife of Satheskumar, aged about 20 years who is under unlawful custody of the 2nd respondent and produce before this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) The petitioner who is said to be in love with the daughter of the 2nd respondent herein and said to have married her on 17.02.2019, alleging abduction and illegal detention and custody of the detenue at the hands of her parents, came forward to file the present petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

The Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.
