ORDER

In a proposed suit for a declaration that the settlement agreement and release dated 19.12.2025 are invalid, null and void, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the first and third respondents before this Court.

2. Learned senior counsel for the intending plaintiff submits that the alleged settlement and release envisages the transfer of immovable assets situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and also involves companies falling within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, it appears that the cause of action has arisen at least in part within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the first and third respondents before this Court. As a consequence, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order. 19-02-2026 RNA
