PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2017, 19.12.2017, 06.02.2018 to sanction annual salary increment for year October 2016, October 2017 and other monetary benefits to the petitioner within a reasonable time. ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to sanction the annual salary increment for the months of October 2016 and October 2017.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the annual salary increment for the aforesaid period have already been sanctioned.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
