ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No. 12064 of 2016, by order dated 31.03.2016, directed the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.03.2016 expeditiously and to pass an appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ personal hearing to the petitioner as well as necessary

parties, if any.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has passed an order on the appeal filed by the petitioner and thus, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
