respective parties on 23.12.2013. The learned Government Advocate also produced a letter dated 13.08.2020 of the 3rd respondent addressed to the learned Government Advocate. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
