CRIME NO.19 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners i.e the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police twice a day i.e daily at 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM for a period of 30 days and thereafter, further state that report daily at 10.30 AM until further orders in CRL.OP.NO.352 of 2020 order dated 10.01.2020 and he may be ordered to appear on summons Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUREKHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of 30 days and thereafter, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 10.01.2020, made in Crl.OP.No.352 of 2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 10.01.2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent has also made the same submission. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
