This Court vide order dated 24.10.2017 has directed the District Munsif Court, Sholiinghur to dispose of the suit O.S.No.124 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and disposed of the above said Civil Revision Petition. However, after a lapse of two years, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.668/2019 dated 17.07.2019, requesting for extension of four months time to dispose of the suit O.S.No.124 of 2015. Hence, this Court has extended the time by four months by order dated 07.08.2019.

This being so, the District Munsif, Sholinghur has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.158/2020 dated 04.02.2020, seeking further extension of time for a period of six months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 24.10.2017, however, the same was not complied. Now, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written another letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.1165/2023 dated 13.09.2023 and requested four month extension to comply the aforesaid order dated 24.10.2017.

This Court as early as on 24.10.2017 has directed the learned District Munsif, Sholinghur to dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, which means, the suit would have been disposed of by the month of April or May 2018, but the same was not done by the District Munsif, Sholinghur, which is not appreciated by this Court. Now, after six years, the present letter dated 13.09.2023 was written to the Registrar General of this Court, requesting another six months of time of dispose of the suit O.S.No.124 of 2015.

4. Therefore, a last and final chance, this Court is inclined to extend the time by four months from today for strict compliance of the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Vellore along with a copy marked to the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur.
