This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 502 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.299 of 2021 dated 09.08.2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Allikulam Court, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
