This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in any manner without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is involved in two murder cases in Crime Nos.180 of 2012 and 1010 of 2004 respectively. Now, it is seen that the proceeding under Section 110 Cr.P.C has been initiated in Crime No.15 of 2015 before the R.D.O. Thiruchengodu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
