2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, we request the sixth respondent Tribunal to take up O.A.No.310/31/2018 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
