PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to setaside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl MP No.6217 of 2024 in Crl MP No.4807 of 2024 in Crime No.16 of 2024 dated 29.02.2024.

This Criminal original petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl MP No.6217 of 2024 dated 29.02.2024 dismissing the application seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.
Heard Mr.K.Yuvaraja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

The petitioners apprehended arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.16 of 2024 for offence under section 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC.The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 16.02.2024. While granting anticipatory bail, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police daily @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners filed an application seeking for modification of the condition in Crl MP No.6217of 2024. This application was dismissed by the Court below on the ground that the petitioners did not comply with the condition imposed. 2/5
Aggrieved by the same, the present Criminal original petition has been filed before this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing on 12.03.2024, this Court passed the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2.The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily from today till 19.03.2024 and comply with the condition imposed by the Court below. On satisfaction of this condition, this Court will consider modifying/relaxing the condition. 3.Post this case under the same caption on 20.03.2024. 5.
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have regularly appeared before the respondent police from 13.03.2024.

In the light of above submission, there shall be a direction to the 3/5
petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required during the pendency of the investigation.
