(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel appearing for Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the Highways Department has written a letter to the Tahsildar to demarcate the highways land and upon demarcation, if encroachment is found, action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken by the

authorities.

3. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
