Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 05.07.2013 Ref.A1/22374/2013 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent authorities to carry out the survey of the land comprised in original survey Nos.298, 299, 300, 301,302,303,305,306,308,309,310,311 and 312 subsequent Re-Survey No.147, of No.65, Kolathur Village covered in Old Patta No.280, Saidapet Taluk, Sembium Sub Registration District, now situated in Perambur - Purasawalkam Taluk covered by petitioner's title deed dated 15.05.1946 registered as Document No.1622 of 1946 and identify and fix the boundaries of the same within a time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Court, by its earlier order dated 01.02.2021, directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner before the next hearing date (i.e) today 16.02.2021 and this Court had made it clear in the said order that if steps are not taken, the Writ Petition shall stand automatically dismissed as abated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not taken steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner till date. However, he seeks liberty of this Court to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to file an application for restoration of the Writ Petition. 3.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner as per the directions of this Court dated 01.02.2021, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to file an application seeking for restoration of the Writ Petition in accordance with law. No costs.
