ORDER

The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.107 of 2024 from the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram to the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam.

2. Though the petition is filed for a transfer from the Sub Court, Chidambaram to the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam, both the parties consented that the matter may be transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvarur.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.107 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvarur. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
