ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the second respondent on a day to day basis for a complete fair investigation in FIR No.53/2021 dated 01.03.2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Morappur Police Station, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial shall be conducted on a day to day basis in accordance with the guidelines given by Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in Vinod Kumar Vs State of Punjab [2015 (1) MLJ (Crl) 288 SC].
